Our trip in October 2024
Visiting my cousin in Paris was undoubtedly one of the most unforgettable vacations Lana Sawaf and I have ever experienced. Over ten magical days, we immersed ourselves in the vibrant culture, rich history, and culinary delights that make Paris truly one of a kind. Every day felt like an adventure, from wandering through grand palaces to uncovering hidden gems in the city’s charming streets. The thrill of exploring such an iconic city alongside my better half made every moment even more special.
Our sincere thanks to my cousin and her husband for having us over for the duration. It was an absolute delight, and we had so much fun together. Your hospitality was truly appreciated, and the memories we made will be cherished for years to come.

One of the highlights of our trip was delving into the fascinating history of Paris. Walking through the magnificent halls of places like the Palace of Versailles and the Louvre Museum was like stepping back in time. We marveled at the intricate architecture and stood in awe of world-renowned art. It felt surreal to see masterpieces we had only read about up close. Each location told a story, and we cherished learning more about the city’s illustrious past.
Of course, no visit to Paris is complete without indulging in its culinary offerings. Every meal was a sensory delight, from buttery croissants in quaint cafés to gourmet dinners at elegant restaurants. My cousin introduced us to some of the best local spots, where we savored everything from delicate pastries to hearty French classics. Sharing these meals with my spouse made the experience even richer, as we celebrated the simple joy of good food and great company.

Riding the Paris Métro was another adventure in itself. The efficient yet intricate network took us everywhere we needed to go, often giving us a glimpse of the city’s dynamic spirit. Whether we were heading to Montmartre for breathtaking views or wandering along the Seine, the Métro became a part of our daily rhythm, adding a unique charm to our explorations.
Looking back, we both agree that Paris deserves another visit. There’s so much we didn’t get to see and so many places we’d love to revisit. Whether it’s retracing our steps through familiar streets or discovering new corners of the city, Paris holds an endless allure. My spouse and I can’t wait to “do Paris” again and create even more cherished memories
